Shopping at the The Ford Merchandise Store is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.
You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.

Orders shipping via Everyday Free Shipping may take up to 10 business days, via FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground. Free Shipping is only available for street address and P.O. Box shipments within the United States. Delivery to AK, HI, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. US territories are not eligible for Everyday Free Shipping. Order subtotal must be $75 or more before taxes and shipping, and after any other promotions or discounts are applied. Not valid for orders over 100 lbs.
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via ground, next day, 2-day, or 3-day air.
Enter your order online as normal. You will be notified within 24 hours via email of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within 72 hours your order will be cancelled.
Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. The Ford Merchandise Store is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally. Canadian orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card.
Same Day Shipping will be made available for urgent orders approved/received before 1:00 p.m. PST. Orders requiring Same Day Shipping received before 1:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out the same day the order is received for an additional processing fee of $20.
