E-Gift Card FAQ's

To use your gift card during checkout:

  1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
  2. Fill out your shipping address.
  3. On the right-hand side, above the order subtotal, you will find a field labeled "Discount Code / Gift Card" Enter your gift card code in this field, and the amount will be applied to your order
  4. Ensure your e-gift card is typed in the exact emailed format. The redemption field is case sensitive.

To purchase an e-gift card for someone else:

  1. First select your dollar value option.
  2. Then select the check box: "I want to send this as a gift."
  3. Enter the recipient's email in the designated box.
  4. Enter the name of the recipient (optional).
  5. Add a message of 200 characters max to personalize the e-gift card delivery (optional).
  6. Select a calendar date by typing in the Month (MM), Date (DD), and Year (YYYY), or select a date from the calendar icon (optional).
  7. Add to cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Your Ford Merchandise E-Gift Card will be emailed to you in digital form only. Please note that the gift card is not a physical card.

Ford Merchandise E-Gift Cards are exclusively for use on merchandise.ford.com for apparel and lifestyle items. They cannot be redeemed for vehicle purchases, service, parts, or accessories on Ford.com, nor can they be used at physical Ford Dealerships or other Ford-affiliated websites.

E-Gift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or services fees apply to any e-gift cards. See Use of Gift Card Terms & Conditions for more information.

Your Ford Merchandise E-Gift Card balance is tied to your email and account information. When any portion of the value of the gift card is redeemed, we update and store the remaining balance for you. If the full value of the e-gift card is redeemed, and a $0 dollar value remains, the e-gift card code is no longer redeemable.

E-Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded (except as where required by law.) All sales of e-gift cards are final. See Purchases of Gift Cards Terms & Conditions for more information.

E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any purchaser or user ("you", "your") of a Ford electronic, closed-loop gift card or code ("eGift Card"). eGift Cards are issued by Ford Motor Company ("Ford", "we", "us"). Your purchase or use of an eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Ford reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notifying you.

1. Use of Gift Cards.

  1. You can use eGift Cards merchandise and products on the Ford Merchandise Store website ("Site") or by calling 844-408-2430. Some items may not be available for purchase. See the Site terms and conditions for additional information regarding the Site.
  2. Gift Cards purchased in the United States can only be used for purchases in the United States.
  3. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund (except as required by law); exchanged; resold; or used to purchase Gift Cards.
  4. The maximum purchase amount of an eGift Card is $250.
  5. You agree to not use eGift Cards in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Ford or its customers. Ford reserves the right, without notice to you, to void or deactivate eGift Cards without a refund, request alternative forms of payment, suspend or terminate the ability to purchase products on the Site, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect eGift Cards were obtained or used unlawfully, fraudulently, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or other applicable Ford terms and conditions.
  6. The eGift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply to any eGift Cards. To check the available balance on an eGift Card, call 844-408-2430. eGift Cards may not be reloaded.

2. Purchases.

  1. When you purchase on the Site or by phone through 844-408-2430, the funds will be deducted from the amount available on any eGift Card code you enter at checkout. Any unused amount will remain on your eGift Card. If a purchase exceeds the amount available in your eGift Card, another credit card you enter may be charged or the transaction will be cancelled. eGift Cards cannot be used with payments split across multiple credit cards.
  2. No refunds or exchanges resold are permitted with respect to purchases of eGift Cards (except as may be required by law). All sales of eGift Cards are final.

3. Risk of Loss.

  1. Ford is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any lost or stolen eGift Cards or use without permission. Risk of loss and title for eGift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to recipient. For the avoidance of doubt, such recipient may not always be the original purchaser.
