What is Ford Rewards?
Ford Rewards is a loyalty program designed to help you get the most out of everything Ford. There’s no cost to join, and you’ll earn and redeem Points* by engaging with Ford. You can learn more about the program on the Ford Rewards overview page and in these Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I earn and redeem Ford Rewards Points for merchandise purchases?
Yes! You can now earn and redeem Points* on eligible Ford Merchandise you purchase online at merchandise.ford.com when you are signed into your Ford Rewards account, which connects your Ford Rewards account and Points balance to the merchandise.ford.com site so you can earn and redeem Points for your purchases. You can pay in Points, cash, or a combination of both.
If you redeem Points toward a merchandise purchase, you will earn Points for the amount you pay out of pocket (if any).**
Members cannot earn Points for taxes, shipping, fees, or the purchase of a gift card.

Why has the way I sign in to merchandise.ford.com changed?
To bring Ford Rewards to the merchandise site, we've updated how you sign in. You'll now use your Ford Member Account (FMA), the same account you use across Ford.com and the Ford App to sign in or create an account on merchandise.ford.com
When you select Sign In or Create Account, you'll be redirected to Ford to log in or register, then brought right back to the page you were on, so you can pick up where you left off. This single sign-in connects your Ford Rewards account and Points balance to the merchandise site so you can earn and redeem Points.
Prefer not to create an account? Guest checkout is still available, but you won't be able to earn or redeem Ford Rewards Points on guest orders.
ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP
How do I join Ford Rewards?
All you need is an email to create your Ford Rewards account. There are two ways to join:
- Create an account through fordrewards.com and/or download the Ford app for iPhone or Android mobile phones
- Add your name and address to your profile
- Activate your account
You can activate your Ford Rewards account online or through your Ford app:
- From Ford.com: Click the Person icon at the top right of the page, then select “Ford Rewards” from the drop-down list
- From your Ford app: Select “Account,” then select “Rewards”
Once you select "Rewards," you will see a prompt to activate your account and start earning Points. If you do not see a prompt, your Ford Rewards account is active and you're able to earn and redeem Points.*

Is there a fee to join Ford Rewards?
No. There is no cost to join.
How do I view my Ford Rewards Points balance?
Once you’ve signed into your account on the merchandise site, your Ford Rewards Points balance appears in the top-right corner of the site and on your Account page. You can also view your balance online in your Ford Rewards Dashboard or through “Account” in the Ford app.
Do Ford Rewards Points expire?
Yes. Points* expire after 18 months of inactivity. To keep your account active, complete at least one transaction that earns or redeems Points every 18 months.

EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS
How do I earn and redeem Ford Rewards Points?
Ford Rewards Points* can be earned and redeemed towards eligible merchandise products when you sign in and shop for Rewards online or share your Ford Rewards Member ID. If you're not already a member, you can learn how to join at https://www.ford.com/support/fordpass/fordpass-rewards/overview/. If you check out as a guest or aren't signed in, you won't be able to earn or redeem Points on that order.

How many Ford Rewards Points will I earn on my order?
You'll earn 10 Points for every $1 spent out of pocket on eligible merchandise when you are signed in to your Ford Rewards account††. Points are calculated on your merchandise total only, they are not earned on the Points value you apply, shipping, taxes, promotions, or gift card purchases. The Points you'll earn are shown on your order confirmation.

Can I earn Ford Rewards Points if I pay with a gift card?
Yes. A gift card is treated as a form of payment, so you'll still earn Points on eligible merchandise paid for with a gift card. However, purchasing a gift card itself does not earn or redeem Points.
When Are Points Earned and Deducted?
Redeemed Points are deducted from your account as soon as your order is successfully placed. Earned Points are added once your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, earned Points are updated as each item ships.
How do I redeem Ford Rewards Points for merchandise?
Make sure you are signed into your account prior to redemption so you can view available Points and apply them at checkout. At checkout, choose to apply your available Points toward your order - 15,000 Points is up to a $75 redemption value; we round down to the next lowest $5 or $0. You can apply Points to cover up to 100% of your merchandise total (excluding shipping and taxes).
Sign in to your account before checkout to view your available Points and apply them to your order. At checkout, select the option to apply your Points; every 200 Points equals $1.00 in savings. You can apply Points toward up to 100% of your merchandise total (excluding shipping and taxes).
Will my Ford Rewards Points be refunded if I cancel or return a merchandise purchase?
Yes. Points will be refunded to your Ford Rewards balance if an item is returned.
Can I use Lincoln Rewards Points on merchandise?
No. At this time, only Ford Rewards Points can be earned and redeemed on Ford Merchandise. Lincoln Access Rewards® Points are not eligible on this website.
