Where can I redeem my Ford Merchandise gift card?
Starting June 23, 2025, there will be a pause on gift card purchases on our merchandise website. This means:
- New e-gift cards cannot be purchased after this date.
- Existing gift cards will still be valid and can be redeemed as usual during checkout.
If this policy changes or e-gift cards become available again in the future, we will update this information promptly.

How do I use my Ford Employee Discount?
You must login through Ford's Secure Portal. Click "Ford Employee Login" to sign in through the Ford Secure Web Logon. You will be redirected back to the site, logged in, and ready to receive your employee discount.
Holiday Shopping
The last day for standard shipping is December 16th of each calendar year, by 5pm EST. Orders placed before that time will receive their package no later than December 24th of each calendar year.
How Do I Place an Order For Merchandise on this Website?
For any order made on our site, just put items in your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once in your basket, you can place an order by following the various steps of the ordering process (basket, address, delivery, payment). By validating your order, you accept the Ford Merchandise Store Terms & Conditions.
Do you ship internationally or to US territories?
Currently, we only ship within the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to Canada, Mexico, or US territories such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
What is your return and exchange policy?

For a full refund, you may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping by contacting customer service at 844-408-2430
Is My Payment Secure?
Payments for purchases made on the site are secured by Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, depending on your method of payment.
What are the Means of Payment?
You can pay for your order by debit or credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You cannot redeem FordPass Reward Points for your order.

Our customer service team operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). We do our best to respond to all emails within one business day. If your communication reaches us during the weekend or on a holiday, please give us until the next business day to respond.
Customer service will be limited during the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
